Your instructor, Umesh Sahajpal, is a veteran audio engineer and music producer with 25+ years of experience. Trained in Toronto’s top studios, he has worked alongside producers connected to major artists including Jason Derulo, Mike Posner, Nicki Minaj, David Guetta, Lil Wayne, G-Eazy, Yo Gotti, Wale, Pusha T, and Flo Rida. He has also served as a multi-year Juno Awards judge and spent over a decade designing and teaching a respected Digital Audio Production diploma in Edmonton. His music has appeared on shows like Tyler Perry’s Sistas, Say Yes to the Dress, Lil Jon Wants to Do What?, Texas Metal, Fox College Hoops, and CTV’s Etalk.
