Paid Music Producer & Content Creator (Pop / Sync / Education)
We are looking for experienced pop music producers and music-production content creators to collaborate on paid, project-based work.
This role involves working on internal music projects, TV/film sync productions, and educational content focused on modern music production.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for producers who are comfortable finishing records, understand commercial pop standards, and can work efficiently across different styles and workflows.

Responsibilities
Produce, arrange, and deliver high-quality pop music for internal releases and sync placements (TV, film, ads, trailers, digital media)
Collaborate with artists, songwriters, and creative leads to develop songs from demo to final master
Work across multiple DAWs (or be able to quickly adapt)
Deliver production assets on deadline (stems, sessions, alt mixes when needed)
Understand modern pop production trends, sound design, and arrangement for sync usage
Requirements
Proven experience producing commercial-quality pop music
Comfortable working in multiple DAWs (Ableton Live, Pro Tools, Logic Pro, FL Studio, etc.)
Strong sense of song structure, arrangement, and emotional impact
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Sync experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory if production quality is high
Role 2: Music Production Content Creator / Educator
Responsibilities
Create educational music-production content (video-based)
Explain production concepts clearly (sound design, arrangement, workflow, mixing basics, creative process)
Be comfortable on camera or screen-recording with voiceover
Work from outlines or contribute ideas for lesson topics and formats
Deliver polished, engaging content suitable for modern online education platforms
Requirements
Strong understanding of music production fundamentals and real-world workflows
Comfortable teaching and breaking down concepts clearly
Experience creating video content (YouTube, courses, short-form, or long-form)
