Our Workshops
Learn Something Real in 90 Minutes
Focused, practical workshops on songwriting, music production, and the creative process. Taught by working industry professionals in Edmonton. Maximum 4 students per session.
Our workshops are designed to give you real, practical knowledge in a single focused session. No fluff, no filler. Just 90 minutes of the kind of craft and industry insight that usually takes years to figure out on your own. Every workshop is capped at 4 students so you get real attention, real feedback, and real value every time you walk through the door.
How Hit Songs Are Actually Written
Have you ever wondered why some songs connect instantly and others fall flat? It is not luck. It is craft.
In this 90-minute workshop you will learn the exact process professional songwriters use to build songs that resonate. We go deep on story structure, rhyme schemes, vowel sounds, the difference between singing vowels and reading vowels, imagery, metaphors, and syllable count. These are the technical tools that separate a good idea from a great song.
You will leave this session hearing music differently and writing with more intention than you ever have before.
Who this is for: singers, songwriters, and anyone who writes lyrics and wants to understand why some lines land and others do not.
$65 per person. 90 minutes. Maximum 4 students.
Watch a Song Get Made
This one is different.
In the first half of this workshop you will get an inside look at how a real Billboard charting track was built. We break down the actual production decisions behind a song you may have heard, pulling back the curtain on the process that most people never get to see.
In the second half you will watch a complete original song built from scratch live in the studio. From the first idea to a finished demo, in real time, with full access to ask questions at every step.
This is not a lecture. This is the real thing happening in front of you.
Who this is for: anyone curious about how professional music is actually made. No experience required.
$65 per person. 90 minutes. Maximum 4 students.
